General

Welcome to our terms and conditions. Please be aware that Pottery Affair is a small studio. We make, pack, and send everything ourselves. There will be times when we’re slower than we’d like and we will occasionally make mistakes. We really appreciate your patience and kindness.

Shipping

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can take up to 15 business days. You will receive an email from our courier when your order is on its way.

For international shipping, please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon receipt of your parcel. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please get in touch and we will assist in any way we can.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if we shipped the incorrect items. This happens rarely, but we will do our best to ensure you are happy with replacements or refunds.

Care

Our pots are handmade and can be more fragile than industrially manufactured work. We recommend handwashing our pieces and avoiding the microwave. However, we use our own work daily and many pieces are dishwasher safe, but care is advised.

Privacy Policy

Pottery Affair respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, address, email). We do not sell your data to third parties. We retain personal information only for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
